Do I need to be home during service?
No, you don't need to be home — as long as I can reach the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot. You're welcome to be there if you'd like, but many customers just leave a gate unlocked and go about their day. Either way, I'll text you once the job is done.
How long does a typical job take?
Most jobs take anywhere from an hour to a few hours, depending on the size of the area and how much buildup there is. You'll get a time estimate along with your quote.
What happens if it rains on the scheduled day?
Light rain usually isn't a problem — I can still get the job done. If it's heavy rain or the conditions would affect the results, we'll reschedule for the next available day that works for you, at no charge.
